1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Adlink Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use SensorGuard (the “Service”).

2. What We Collect
We may collect:
- Account data — name, email, organization name, role, authentication data (hashed passwords or auth provider identifiers)
- Service data (Customer Data) — building identifiers, metadata you enter, point names, units, trend data time series (for example CSV), analysis outputs, reports, and configuration settings
- Collector data — heartbeats, device identifiers you configure, network interface identifiers, operational logs related to data collection
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, logs, and diagnostic events (for security and performance)
- Support communications — messages you send to support, attachments, and troubleshooting logs you share
3. How We Use Data
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the Service, including processing your uploads and generating diagnostics
- Authenticate users and manage accounts
- Monitor reliability, security, and prevent fraud or abuse
- Provide customer support and respond to requests
- Improve features and performance (including debugging and analytics)
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
We process personal data under:
- Contract — to provide the Service
- Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and manage operations
- Consent — where required for certain cookies or marketing
- Legal obligation — compliance, tax, and accounting
5. Payments and Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect and process payment information (for example billing address, payment method details) and provide us with limited information such as transaction IDs, subscription status, invoices, and fraud signals.

6. Sharing and Disclosures
We may share data with:
- Service providers (hosting, database, analytics, email delivery, monitoring) who process data on our behalf under contracts
- Paddle for billing and payments
- Legal authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
- In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, asset sale), subject to this Policy
We do not sell your personal data.
7. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data and Customer Data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes. Typical retention:
- Account data — while your account is active, and a limited period after closure
- Customer Data — while you use the Service, then deleted after 30 days unless you request earlier deletion or retention is required
- Logs — typically 30–90 days, unless needed for security or incident investigation
- Billing records — as required by tax and accounting law
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object or restrict certain processing. You can exercise rights by contacting privacy@sensorguard.net.
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where required, through our consent banner.
12. Children
The Service is intended for business users and not directed to children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance.
